History

The Wu Hsing Chuan 5 Animal Academy opened its door to the public May 1, 1980 with the express purpose of exposing the true Chinese martial arts to the St. Louis area. With the hope of eliminating confusion and misunderstanding about the Chinese martial arts, the school has taught quality martial arts training with special emphasis on discipline.

The school has won many local, regional and international competitions. The school also has a highly qualified teaching staff that exercises professionalism in instructions in Chinese martial arts.
